Along with the Retreat, we offer a complete experience with an initial preparation and a follow-up consisting in 12 coaching sessions and other resource available for you.

Before the Retreat

Prepare to not know anything, prepare to learn, prepare to listen, just clean up the clutter from your mind. The way to learn is to unlearn: if you accept that, then you are ready to be there.

You can learn from everything, if you have open eyes and ears (and heart)

The Retreat

3 days of activities, mindfulness, self reflection and sharing.

Yin Yoga, Silent Hiking, Spa guided path, Mindful Meditation, Sport (if you like), Pranayama.

All activities will be guided and will be an opportunity to reflect on us and our relations with others and the world surrounding us.

After the Retreat: Coaching and more

A 1-year reconnection with yourself:

  • Active lifestyle advice

  • Readings, videos and other content
